Project Overview
At TIA's request, we embarked on a comprehensive redesign project aimed at enhancing user experience, responsiveness, and overall speed. Our focus was on creating a visually appealing website with a streamlined design, providing passengers with a quicker and more efficient way to locate their flights.
Building upon the initial project requirements, we devised a user experience (UX) strategy that prominently displays current flight information on the homepage upon page load. Key features of our approach include:
- Real-time Flight Information
Users can access up-to-date flight details in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Dedicated Flight Pages
Each flight has its own dedicated page, allowing users to view detailed information and updates specific to their itinerary.
- Easy Flight Search
We implemented intuitive search filters to simplify the process of finding desired flights, enhancing user convenience.
- Partner Pages
Partners such as airlines, shops, bars, financial services, and car rentals have dedicated pages with contact information, improving accessibility for users.
- Airport Services
The main services offered by the airport are now more prominently featured and easily accessible to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
Additionally, we developed a custom Content Management System (CMS) tailored to TIA's needs. This CMS enables staff to effortlessly manage partner listings, including airlines, shops, bars, financial services, and car rentals. This streamlined management process ensures efficient administration and upkeep of partner information, contributing to improved operational efficiency.
